OSPF Neighbor Relationships

Background Information

1. Before OSPF routers can exchange LSAs they have to form neighbor relationships.

Summary

1. Router OSPF hello's need to be able to reach each other.  Make sure that if one side is configured for non-broadcast and using neighbor statements then both sides are doing this. 
2. Subnet, area, area type, authentication, and hello/dead timers need to match.
